  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)
  • 4 sheets graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine oats, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, and milk. Whisk until creamy and smooth.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract, maple syrup or honey, and lemon zest (if using). Add chia seeds or protein powder if desired.
  3. Chop strawberries. Fold half into the oat mixture, reserving the rest for layering and topping.
  4. Spoon half the oat mixture into 2-3 jars or containers. Sprinkle a layer of crushed graham crackers and some strawberries on top.
  5. Add the remaining oat mixture, then top with more graham cracker crumbs and strawberries. Drizzle melted butter over graham crackers if desired.
  6. Seal jars with lids or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours, up to 24 hours).
  7. In the morning, stir oats and add extra strawberries and graham cracker crumbs if desired. Serve cold or let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes for a softer texture.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easy mixing. For gluten-free, use certified gluten-free oats and graham crackers. Adjust sweetness based on strawberry tartness. Add chia seeds for thicker oats. Graham cracker crumbs can get soft after a few days; add fresh crumbs before serving for crunch. Can be made dairy-free with coconut yogurt and vegan cream cheese.
