  • Classic tomato sauce (homemade or jarred)
  • Pesto
  • Olive oil & garlic
  • Mozzarella, shredded or fresh slices
  • Shaved parmesan
  • Crumbled goat cheese or feta
  • Dairy-free cheese (if needed)
  • Sliced pepperoni
  • Prosciutto, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • Salami or soppressata
  • Turkey pepperoni or roasted chicken
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Marinated artichoke hearts
  • Baby spinach or arugula
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Sliced olives (green and black)
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Sautéed mushrooms
  • Jalapeño slices
  • Hot honey drizzle
  • Chili flakes or fresh cracked pepper
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Prep your crusts: Arrange mini naan, flatbreads, or pizza dough rounds on a large board or tray. If using raw dough, roll out 3-4 inch circles. Brush with olive oil.
  2. Prebake (optional): Bake crusts at 425°F on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 5-8 minutes for extra crunch.
  3. Arrange your board: Place pizza bases on one side, and fill small bowls with sauces, cheeses, meats, and veggies. Group similar items and fan out colorful veggies.
  4. Set up a topping station: Set out tongs, spoons, and napkins. Keep cheese near sauces and place meats and extras within reach.
  5. Assemble and bake: Let guests assemble their pizzas. Add sauce, cheese, and toppings. Transfer to a hot baking sheet or pizza stone and bake at 425°F for 7-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
  6. Final touches & garnish: Once baked, return pizzas to the board. Drizzle with balsamic glaze or hot honey, add fresh basil, and a pinch of chili flakes.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Hand out plates and let everyone dig in!

Notes

Prebake crusts for crispiness and avoid soggy bottoms. Don’t overload pizzas with toppings. Cheese goes first, then veggies and meats. Add delicate greens after baking. Keep sauces in bowls for easy access. For gluten-free or vegan guests, provide appropriate crusts and cheeses. Use a hot oven for best results.
