A quick and easy no-bake strawberry Jello pie with a Golden Oreo crust, creamy filling, and fresh strawberry garnish. Perfect for summer gatherings and busy days when you want a fuss-free, delicious dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Golden Oreo Cookies, crushed finely
  • 6 tablespoons (85 grams) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (3 ounces / 85 grams) strawberry Jello mix
  • 1 cup (240 ml) boiling water
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold water
  • 8 ounces (225 grams) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240 ml) whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream)
  • 1 cup (150 grams) fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Crush 24 Golden Oreo cookies finely using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed plastic bag and rolling with a pin until crumbly.
  2. Combine crushed cookies with 6 tablespoons melted unsalted butter and mix until crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand.
  3. Press the cookie mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form a solid base.
  4. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to set.
  5. In a large bowl, pour 1 cup boiling water over the strawberry Jello powder and stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  6. Stir in 1 cup cold water to cool the mixture and let it rest for 10-15 minutes until it starts to thicken but is not fully set.
  7. Beat 8 ounces softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes with an electric mixer.
  8. Slowly whisk the cooled but still liquid Jello into the cream cheese until well blended.
  9. Gently fold in 1 cup whipped topping until the filling is light and airy, being careful not to overmix.
  10. Pour the filling over the chilled Oreo crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  11. Add sliced fresh strawberries on top if desired, pressing them gently into the filling.
  12. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until set firm.

Notes

Let the Jello cool before adding cream cheese to avoid lumps. Fold whipped topping gently to keep the filling airy. Press the crust firmly for clean slices. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture. You can speed up chilling by freezing for 1-2 hours then moving to fridge.
