A festive and simple Christmas wreath charcuterie board that comes together in about 20 minutes, featuring a beautiful arrangement of cheeses, meats, fruits, and herbs that looks like a holiday centerpiece.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
  • 4 ounces goat cheese log
  • 4 ounces gouda, sliced thin
  • 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces salami, sliced
  • 4 ounces pepperoni, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, washed and separated into small clusters
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup assorted crackers
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/4 cup olives
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take your cheeses out of the fridge 15 minutes before you start.
  2. Place your large round board on a clean work surface.
  3. Start with the brie as your anchor. Place the whole wheel of brie in the center of your board.
  4. Create the wreath base with your meats. Arrange the prosciutto, salami, and pepperoni in a circular pattern around the brie, about 2 inches from the edge of the board.
  5. Add your cheese cubes around the meat ring. Place the cheddar cubes and gouda slices in between the meat rolls, alternating colors.
  6. Fill in the gaps with fruit. Scatter the red grapes in small clusters, add pomegranate seeds in little piles, and drop dried cranberries in empty spaces.
  7. Add the rosemary sprigs to create the wreath effect. Tuck small sprigs between the meats and cheeses, pointing outward like pine needles, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  8. Place your small bowls in the center or around the edges. Fill one with olives, one with honey, and one with mixed nuts.
  9. Arrange the crackers around the outer edge of the board, fanning them out in a circular pattern, overlapping slightly.
  10. Add final garnishes. Sprinkle fresh cranberries around the board, tuck small thyme sprigs here and there, and drizzle a little honey over the top of the brie wheel.

Notes

For best flavor, let cheeses come to room temperature before serving. If making ahead, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate; add fresh herbs and honey drizzle just before serving. Don’t overcrowd the board—leave breathing room between items. Use the wrong side of rosemary sprigs (stem end tucked under, leaves facing outward) for a natural wreath look. Fold meats strategically for height and texture. Balance flavors evenly across the board. Do not leave out for more than 2 hours at room temperature.
