Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz brie cheese wheel
  • 6 oz aged cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz goat cheese log
  • 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz salami (Genoa or soppressata)
  • 4–6 fresh figs, halved
  • 1 large apple (Honeycrisp or Fuji), sliced
  • 1 large pear (Bosc or Anjou), sliced
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup mixed nuts (toasted almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1 box crackers and bread (water crackers and baguette slices)
  • 2–3 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Optional: dried apricots or dates, dark chocolate squares, olive tapenade or fig jam

Instructions

  1. Take cheeses out 30 minutes before serving to bring to room temperature.
  2. Wash and slice the fruit: rinse figs, apple, and pear; pat dry. Slice apple and pear thinly (about ¼ inch thick) and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning. Halve figs lengthwise.
  3. Prepare honey drizzle: spoon honey into a small ramekin; microwave for 10 seconds if too thick.
  4. Arrange cheeses first on a large board in a triangle formation. Place brie whole or sliced, cut cheddar into thin slices or cubes, slice goat cheese into rounds or leave whole.
  5. Add meats: fold prosciutto into loose ribbons and place near cheeses; fan out salami slices in a line or pile.
  6. Scatter fruits: place fig halves in small clusters; arrange apple and pear slices in fan patterns near cheddar; sprinkle pomegranate seeds over everything.
  7. Fill gaps with nuts and extras: pour mixed nuts into empty spaces; place honey bowl and any jam or olives in small bowls on the board.
  8. Add crackers and bread: fan crackers around edges; place baguette slices in a separate pile or weave between elements.
  9. Garnish and finish: tuck fresh rosemary sprigs between cheeses and fruits; drizzle honey over brie and goat cheese. Adjust as needed and serve immediately.

Notes

For best flavor, let cheeses sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. Prep all components up to 24 hours ahead, but assemble no more than 1 hour before serving. If board feels too small, use a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
